Ahmad Farhad is Chairman/CEO of Secure Movement Logistics Services, a family business serving largest fuel transportation network in Asia and expanding in Europe and the UK. As a second generation owner, Ahmad has grown from a regional 25 employee company into a largest fuel fleet provider of energy products and services.
Today SML employs 550 team members and ranks 1st on regional list of largest privately owned companies.
In his current role, Farhad focuses on leadership team development, strategy, and driving SML’s culture. As a 33-year industry experience, he has a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement and relies on SML’s 5 Core Principles while making daily decisions. Ahmad is a member of WTO and was the 2010 Young Entrepreneur of the Year, He remains active in the Government programs and mainly focus on quality services.
Ahmad is a supporter of the Health Associations and has raised funds to fight diseases in the Asian countries.
As Vice President of SML Group, Roheen has responsibility for all commercial and marketing activities across the Group’s numerous product lines and services. He also oversees the natural gas and power retail marketing business. In addition, he has responsibility for the company’s Human Resources, Information Technology, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence and Program Management Office functions of the company.
Roheen possesses broad energy industry knowledge and has CEO experience in both large and middle market companies (Publicly traded & Private Equity Backed). He has lead meaningful consumer-focused businesses, driven new product development, branding, and sales & marketing transformations.
Farhan Faiz is CFO at SML. Farhan focuses on transactional and operational metrics to increase efficiencies across the organization. Farhan owns SML’s daily execution and all operational facets of SML’s businesses. This includes transportation, supply, logistics, and customer service.
Before joining SML, Farhan served as Senior Financial Advisor of First National Equities (FNE), where he was responsible for both operational and back-office accounting. Prior to FNE, Farhan was with Switch Securities in both the Audit and Business Process Outsourcing Divisions where he focused on process consulting for trading companies.
Farhan is Chartered Accountant graduated from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He is also member of ICAP, International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA) and South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).
Ejaz is responsible for the executive management of the SML, and reports to the President and Board of Directors. Ejaz has a successful and diversified work history in both the public and private sectors. Thirteen plus years in operations development in different countries including Netherlands, Germany, England, Pakistan and Afghanistan. He has over five years in telecommunications management in the Pakistan, United States, Asia Pacific region, and China.
Ejaz being COO looks after day to day businesses operations of SML Group. Ejaz focus on procurement and supply chains, sites and storage operations, and maintaining fuels distribution systems and facilities. He monitors complete quality procedure under his quality control team all over the world. Vehicle maintenance and fleet availability are his indirect focused areas. He also participates in safety demonstration and training performance standards.

The COO works closely with the Board in formulating the Group’s Annual Operating Plan and Budget and regularly reviewing and updating the SML’s Strategic Plan.
